Executive Leadership - Six Sigma has become a key business strategy to bring significant improvements in quality, cost reduction, efficiency, productivity and overall corporate performance improvement, thereby significantly impacting the bottom-line.

Six Sigma is a journey towards world-class performance that requires technical, practical and cultural change and it is of paramount significance to be sponsored by the senior executive leadership.

To that effect we provide a course to crystallize the vision of Six Sigma, clarify the understanding of the role of Six Sigma in your organization, but most importantly defining the leadership role of the senior executives.

This course presents the importance of reducing variation, defects and errors in all processes throughout an organization in order to improve the overall performance and efficiency.

Strong emphasis is placed in the implementation strategy, unique to ASC, which is essential to deploy a successful Six Sigma initiative, that brings the results expected from Six Sigma.

 Course Director - ASC's President and Principal Consultant, Mario Perez-Wilson, is the developer of the Six Sigma Methodology (1986) that became the DMAIC approach, as renamed by Allied Signal (client of ASC). Mr. Perez-Wilson led the Six Sigma implementation at Motorola, as Division Engineering Manager of the Statistical Methods Department, the only such department in Motorola, from 1987 to 1991. During his tenure, he institutionalized and standardized the application of Six Sigma in Motorola's domestic and international manufacturing, production and engineering operations.

Participants will benefit from lessons learned by Mr. Perez-Wilson throughout his seven years of direct hands-on implementation of Motorola's Corporate-wide Six Sigma initiative and eighteen years as an independent consultant and first to bring Six Sigma to the industry.
