- Six Sigma has become a key business strategy to bring significant improvements in quality, cost reduction, efficiency, productivity and overall corporate performance improvement, thereby significantly impacting the bottom-line.
Six Sigma is a journey towards world-class performance that requires technical, practical and cultural change and it is essential that it be sponsored by the senior executive leadership.
To that effect, we provide a course to crystallize the vision of Six Sigma and clarify its role in your organization. But most importantly, we define the leadership role of the senior executives to make it successful.
Course Director -
ASC's President and Principal Consultant, Mario Perez-Wilson, is the developer of the Six Sigma Methodology (1986) that became the DMAIC approach, as renamed by Allied Signal (client of ASC).
